Coffee calibration & Latte Art

During this training, the participant learns the basic principles of properly calibrating any type of coffee, and practices it under personal guidance using your espresso/coffee equipment.

We also cover and practice how and why milk is frothed, the correct temperature for frothing, and how to create a good heart shape in different types of coffee.

The combination of good coffee and the right texture and temperature of milk leads to an immediately noticeable improvement in the quality of your product.

WELCOME AT MICK & LEON

The art of professional coffee making is a craft. This means that baristas acquire a lot of knowledge from other experienced baristas, and there is little knowledge documented. Because the craft is relatively new, it also means that there is still much to discover. Each barista has taken their own journey through the industry.

Mick & Leon have been involved in the coffee business for years and, in addition to Barista-Workshop, they also have a two coffee shops in Haarlem. With a combined 14 years of experience in coffee and hospitality, we can teach you everything you want to know about the coffee industry.
